“We put in a request on Angi for a front step railing repair. Jed called us right away and asked a ton of great questions. We needed concrete repair on the steps in addition to a new railing. He sent us multiple options along with pictures of similar projects he had done at different price points. Once he started work, he sent us video updates of his progress since we were not able to be there for an explanation. He went above and beyond to make a great repair to the concrete so the new railing would be secure. This was a small project that I'm sure a lot of contractors wouldn't be excited about, but he made multiple trips over a couple weeks to make sure it was all done right, providing great updates along the way.
