1. Reach out
• Use the online form or call us. Share your name, address, phone, email, and photos (close-ups of problem spots + one full-deck shot if you can).
2. Phone estimate
• We’ll review your photos and call to discuss the job and give a ballpark estimate.
• We usually respond within 24hours. (If you’d like a specific time, please specify and we will do our best to accommodate)
3. On-site inspection (only if needed)
• If a closer look is required, we’ll schedule a short consultation and then send a clear, itemized proposal.
4. Approve, sign, and deposit
• Approve the proposal and sign the contract to lock in your start date.
• A 50% deposit is due before we order materials or begin work.
5. Permits, schedule, and start
• We handle permit applications for you.
• Once permits (if needed) and the deposit are in place, we confirm the start date and get to work.
